Hotel Lindrum Cancellation policy

Any cancellations or amendments to reservations received within 24 hours (48 hours for packages) of the first arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equal to the first night’s accommodation or package rate, with the exception of Special Event Periods when the total stay’s accommodation rate will be charged.

Any reservations not checked-in on the confirmed day of arrival will incur one night’s room or package charge, together with any in room service options and pre arranged meal options that would have taken place. For reservations during Special Event Periods (including and not restricted to Australian Tennis Open, Australian Grand Prix, AFL Grand Final and Spring Racing Carnival), where minimum night stay conditions are in place, the cancellation of rooms within 30 days of first arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equal to the total accommodation stay.

In the event of Special Events (including, and not restricted to the Australian Tennis Open, AIRSHOW, Australian Grand Prix, AFL Grand Final and Spring Racing Carnival), where minimum night conditions are in place, early check out will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total accommodation stay.
