This special pre-theatre or pre-event dining menu is available  for bookings at 6.00 pm within felt restaurant:

  • 2 courses for $45.00 (finish by 7.00 pm)
  • 3 courses for $55.00 (finish by 7.30 pm)



Duck liver pâté served with walnut croutons and frieze dressed in yuzu vinaigrette
Warm goats cheese tart with leeks soubise, roasted baby beetroot, topped with candied walnut (v)
French lentil soup topped with pancetta and served with grilled bread
Crispy skinned Borrowdale free range pork belly with cabbage and honey mustard topped with a quail egg


Market fish of the day with walnut vinaigrette and Italian coleslaw
Truffle duck ragout with handcut parpadelle, tomato confit and Grana Padano
Tasting board of: cured meats, pickled vegetables, duck pâté, rilletes, pickled octopus and grilled bread
Goats cheese, pumpkin and sage ravioli in brown butter sauce (v)


Orange crème brûlée with freeze dry fruits topped with a crisp tuile
Banoffee pie with fresh banana, sticky toffee and topped with chocolate shavings
Chefs assortment of housemade sorbet and ice creams topped with a crisp tuile
