Hotel Lindrum's annual celebration of the good and the great of the British culinary canon returns in 2020 with a roster of crowd favourites, reimagined for the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival 2020.
Scotch eggs, fish and chips, beef Wellington, Eton mess and more will be brought into the 21st-century by chef Matthew Bentley, as he crafts six courses of brilliant British fare complemented by Victorian cider, ale and wine. Bentley has led kitchens in London, Norway and The Netherlands but his true passion remains the food of his British heritage. Join him at Felt Restaurant within Hotel Lindrum for this celebration of tradition and modernity.
