felt restaurant at Hotel Lindrum 

Located on the ground floor of Hotel Lindrum, you will find felt restaurant.  Intimately seating up to 40 guests, our restaurant is the perfect setting for your next dining experience.

Serving modern British fare, our menu has been designed by Head Chef Matthew Simon Bentley, highlighting his heritage born in the UK, and his creative culinary.  Matthew has worked in London, Norway, The Netherlands and most recently at No. 35 at the Sofitel Melbourne.  Cooking is his passion and biggest inspiration, constantly developing dishes and making his mark on the Melbourne food scene.
