Can my Partner/Friend check in before me if the booking is in my name?
We require photo ID and a Credit Card for security deposit on arrival, matching the name on the reservation. Please contact the Hotel prior to arrival to add a second name to the reservation on +613 9668 1111 or email H8757@accor.com Should your booking be made via third party operator (Expedia.com, Booking.com, etc), the additional name must be included via your booking channel. Please contact your booking agent to include the additional name.

Do you have rooms with 2 beds?
Yes, we are able to offer twin bedding in our Classic and Superior rooms only. These rooms offer 2 King single beds.

How many people can stay in one room? What bedding will be provided for additional guests?
A maximum of two people are permitted to stay in our Classic and Deluxe Rooms. Up to three people can be accommodated in our Superior rooms and Junior suites with a rollaway bed provided for the additional guest. A single rollaway bed is available at an additional fee of$80.00 per night.

Will I be charged for extra guests occupying my room?
Hotel room rates vary by date and by the number of adults occupying each room. To accommodate more guests, you are required to modify your reservation. You will be notified of any additional charges during the modification process, prior to confirming your updated reservation. Yes, when a rollaway is used. A single rollaway bed is available at an additional fee of $80.00 per night.

Can I have a party in one of the suites?
For the safety and comfort of all guests, the hotel has a strict no party policy - excessive noise, music or number of people will be asked to leave the building.

Do you offer gift Vouchers?
Yes a range of gift vouchers are offered via the Hotel Lindrum Melbourne website www.hotellindrum.com.au/shop

Can I have a room with a view?
Hotel Lindrum is a four (4) story heritage building and surrounded by tall neighbouring city buildings.  Only our  Deluxe King rooms located at the front of the building feature views of Melbourne Park, the Botanical Gardens and theMelbourne Cricket Ground.

Does Hotel Lindrum Melbourne have accessible rooms?
Hotel Lindrum Melbourne has two accessible rooms in our Classic Room as well as chair lift at the entrance of the hotel. Specifications can be provided on request. Requests for accessible rooms are subject to availability and can be emailed to h8757@accor.com

Can Hotel Lindrum Melbourne provide a cot for my baby?
Yes. We can set up a cot for your stay free of charge. Please note all special requests in the “Add comment” area when making a reservation on our website.

Can I park a car at Hotel Lindrum Melbourne?
The closest public car parking available to Hotel Lindrum Melbourne is at Wilson Parking Collins Place (28 FlindersLane, Melbourne) It is the second car park entrance on the right. Hotel guests benefit from a discounted parking rate of $23.00 per 24 hours and is costed per entry and exit. When entering the car park, guests should take a ticket from the boom gate and park in a non-reserved parking bay. To benefit from the discounted parking rate, the Wilson Parking ticket must be validated by theHotel Lindrum Melbourne reception team prior to each departure.  After inserting the validated ticket into the pay station, the discounted rate(dependent on number of 24 hour periods) will appear and payment is to be made via credit card. Cash is not accepted.  Use this ticket to exit the carpark. Please note, the above parking availability and pricing is subject to change with no notice.  The Hotel does not take any responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or possessions. Hotel Lindrum Melbourne is a completely non-smoking property. We guide our guests to the nearest smoking area if needed.

Can I have a room with windows which open?
Yes, we have a numbers of rooms which have opening windows. Please note all special requests in the “Add comment”area when making a reservation on our website.

No, only service animals are welcome at the property.

What time am I able to check-in?
Our guaranteed check in time is from 2:00pm. Early check-in is available for a fee (amount may vary, subject to availability).

What time am I able to check-out?
Check-out time is at 11:00 am. Late check-out is available for a fee (amount may vary, subject to availability).

What time is reception open?
Our reception desk is open 24hrs a day.The front entrance of the Hotel automatically locks at 12.00midnight and unlocks at 6.00am.  Within this time period, access can be gained using your room key.

No, this feature is currently not available.

Can I use cash to pay for my room and cover the security bond?
At this stage, we do not accept cash payments to minimise contact due to COVID-19. A credit or debit card, as well as matching photo ID is required at the time of check in.

Is the restaurant open for dinner and do myAccor Plus Member Benefits apply?
Our restaurant is currently closed for dinner service, however Accor Plus members benefit from the following discounts as per below;

- Dine alone for 25% off your food bill
- Dine with one guest for 50% off your food bill
- One member and two guests get 33% off your food bill
- One member and three guests get 25% off your food bill

Do you have a Billiards table and do you need to be a guest to play?

Yes the Hotel Lindrum Melbourne features a full size Billiards table and members of the public are welcome to play.

The ALLSafe label verified by Bureau Veritas represents our new elevated cleanliness protocols and standards and provides assurance that these standards have been met in our hotels.In line with the Accor ALLSafe program, unnecessary items have been removed from our guest rooms. This includes: magazines, books, information cards and decorative pillows. Minibar items are available on a request basis. This is so we can maintain the highest possible hygiene practices. Are rooms serviced daily?
Yes. Hotel Lindrum Melbourne offers daily housekeeping service. To minimise contact during Covid-19, guests are not permitted in the room whilst housekeeping are servicing.

Is there a mini bar available in the room?
In line with the Accor ALLSafe program, minibar items are available on a request basis. The menu can be found in the tea caddy for your convenience and our friendly team will deliver to your room.

Can I order from external food delivery providers?  
Yes, the order will need be collected at the front desk. Drivers are unable to access accommodation floors.  If you require additional crockery or cutlery please contact our friendly team.

Can I get a coffee?
Yes, our Coffee Machine is always on 24/7.  Call down from your room or when passing the front desk.

What Health & Wellbeing facilities are available at Hotel Lindrum Melbourne?
Hotel Lindrum does not have Health &Wellbeing facilities onsite, however our guests are able to access the SoFit gymnasium at the nearby Sofitel Melbourne on Collins. Open seven days a week from 6.00am until 10.00pm.  Please speak to our friendly team for more information.

Guests can enjoy a café style breakfast served in Felt Restaurant. We are currently serving breakfast as per below;

Our Back Bar is open from 11.00am to 11.00pm seven days a week featuring a great variety of wines, beers, spirits and cocktails. Members of the public are also welcome.
