Brilliantly British - modern British fare at Hotel Lindrum
The Melbourne Food & Wine Festival is about to hit Melbourne, 8 - 24 March, and this year we have an exciting dining event to celebrate the festival and to celebrate 20 years of Hotel Lindrum.
Introducing our new Head Chef, Matthew Simon Bentley, who has worked in London, Norway, The Netherlands and most recently at No. 35 in Sofitel Melbourne, who will be at the reigns to create a British inspired 6 course degustation menu, including local ciders, ales and wines.
